Each Coaching Program is built upon a 3 step method. Cleanse, replenish and listen-in. Starting with this foundation, I work directly with you to design a customized coaching experience fine-tuned to your individual needs.
Cleaning up the body and it's environment is crucial. Over time toxins from our food, water, environment, household cleaners, cosmetics, etc. build up in bodily tissue. These toxins can live in the body for years and can even be passed down from previous generations. They can be the underlying cause of many health concerns including but not limited to- digestive, skin, and mental health issues. Eliminating toxins from the body is the first step towards long-term health.
During this elimination process your body, especially your liver, will be working hard. Which leads us to the second step.
As Hippocrates wisely said, "Let food by thy medicine, and medicine be thy food." While the body works to get rid of harmful toxins, our job is to support it with nutrient-dense, whole foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables, ancient grains, lean protein, healthy fats, spices, and herbs all replenish our body with the nutrients it requires. Natural supplements, like probiotics, play an important roll in re-building diminished enzymes, vitamins, and minerals within the body as well. And last but certainly not least, H20. Staying hydrated works wonders in healing the body.
