28 Days to Nourish, Cleanse, and De-stress.
This holistic program focuses on nutrition, movement, self development, and meditation. Through group and 1:1 coaching, we'll work to uncover foods and/or lifestyle habits that are causing imbalances within your gut. With this knowledge each individual will come away from these 28 days, with a deeper understanding of the roots of their symptoms, what to do to reduce and/or eliminate these symptoms, and how to move forward in developing a lifestyle that supports and cultivates balance and well-being.
As your coach, I'll be your guide, offering my support at all times and expertise when needed. Your fellow group members will keep you motivated and hold you accountable to reaching the goals you set for yourself. The virtual group setting provides an opportunity to learn from one another as well as connect with like- minded individuals in an open, trusting space.
