Holistic health coaches use an integrative approach, focusing on the whole picture rather than just illness or specific parts of the body. This means that you'll spend time discussing much more than simply your eating and work-out habits with your coach. Lifestyle factors like career, relationships, and stress all directly affect your body. When any of these areas are out of balance, symptoms like skin irritation, poor digestion, muscle aches, fatigue, brain fog and migraines can arise. These symptoms, while unpleasant, are extremely helpful. A holistic health coach will help you identify why you're feeling these symptoms and then guide you towards sustainable lifestyle changes to help eliminate the issue. A holistic health coach can also play the role as your accountability partner; motivating you towards the goals you've set for yourself.

I'm Anna, a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and certified Holistic Health Coach. After working with my first clients and consulting with friends it became alarmingly apparent that stress & overwhelm are severely hurting our bodies. As women in today's world we're told we can "do it all!". The family, the corner office, the daily workouts, the side hustle, the instagram wedding, the perfect marriage, etc. We're encouraged to push ourselves to the max every day to achieve our fullest most exciting life. 

 

And while the sentiment behind this movement is well intended (or I at least like to think so) it has the potential to serious harm us in the long run. 

 

Living a life fulfilled shouldn't mean your body and ultimately YOU pay the painful consequences. In fact, the opposite is true...
